Creative Artists Agency (CAA) has announced the promotion of sixteen employees to the position of agent or executive, including Gabrielle Fetters, Megan Glendinning, Justin Gorkowitz, Evan Greenberg, Leilani Houston, Alex Hubert, Hannah Kaiser, Ashley King, Kyle Margolis, Peppa Mignone, Max Miller, Khalil Roberts, Sarah Phillips, Cami Potter, Jack Upton and Connie Yan.
Fetters and Mignone have been promoted to agent, while Roberts has been elevated to executive, within the Books department. Fetters and Mignone are both based in London and will focus on selling translation rights around the world for authors. Roberts will work alongside publishing houses to create and execute marketing, publicity and event strategies for author clients.

Glendinning, Greenberg, Hubert and King have all been promoted to agent within the Music Touring department; they will all be based in Los Angeles. Houston has been upped to agent in the Commercial Endorsements department, where she will create opportunities for clients in the realm of on-camera commercials, digital, print and social media-driven campaigns, in addition to personal appearances, voice-over, licensing and equity deals, both domestic and abroad. She will be based in New York.

Kaiser has been promoted to agent in the Television Scripted department, where she will represent writers, producers and directors. The New York-based Margolis has been promoted to agent in the Television News Department, where he will work for journalist and broadcast talent. Miller, based in Los Angeles, has been elevated to agent in the Motion Picture Talent department. Potter, also based in LA, has been promoted to agent in the Television Talent department.
Phillips was upped to executive in CAA Search, which recruits C-level and senior executives, non-executive directors and board-level executives around the world. Upton, based in New York, has been promoted to agent in the Talent department. Lastly, Yan, based in Los Angeles, has been promoted to agent in the Motion Picture Literary department.
