RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Win a weekend break for 8 people at Lyons Winkups Holiday Park’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run from 19th September 2018 to 2nd October 2018 on Heart North West (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go to www.heart.co.uk and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on 19th September 2018 and close at 23:59 on 2nd October 2018.
4. Entrants must answer a question correctly for the chance to win.
5. The winner will be randomly selected from all correct and eligible entries and contacted by telephone.
Eligibility:
6. Entrants must be 18 or over.
7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
8. One winner will receive a weekend break for 8 people at Lyons Winkups - Lyons Winkups Holiday Park, Towyn Rd, Towyn, Abergele. L22 9EL and a round of adventure golf.
9. The break will be a stay in a gold standard, double glazed, central heated holiday home and includes linen and park complex passes. The break will be for arrival on a Friday after 4pm and departure on the following Monday before 10am.
10. The game of golf will be at the Pirate Island Adventure Golf Course at Lyons Winkups' sister park, Lyons Robin Hood. Winner will be required to find their own transport to/from Lyons Winkups and Lyons Robin Hood for the game of family golf
11. The stay is for a maximum of 8 people.
12. The prize does not include meals or drinks.
13. No single sex parties permitted, e.g. stag do, hen do etc.

15. Booking must be made via strictly email. The email address to contact will be given to the winner. Communication with the park directly is not permitted for booking purposes. Once booking is confirmed, changes are not permitted under any circumstances.
16. Prize must be taken before 12th October 2019 and must be booked within 4 weeks of competition end date.
17. Bookings are subject to live park availability.
18. The prize is not transferable to another person and/or party.
19. No cash alternative available.
20. Global Radio reserves the rights to substitute the prize at its absolute discretion.
