A man has appeared in court in connection with a stabbing outside a railway station.
A 53-year-old man from Tunbridge Wells, Kent, was found outside the town's station in Vale Road at about 5.30pm on Thursday, Kent Police said.
He was flown by air ambulance to a London hospital where he was treated for a stab wound and remains in a stable condition, a spokeswoman said.
A 30-year-old woman from Tunbridge Wells was also injured, police said.
O-Keeno Brown, 21, from Tottenham, north London, is charged with wounding with intent, two counts of supplying class A drugs and actual bodily harm.
He appeared at Maidstone Magistrates' Court today and was remanded in custody.
Brown will next appear at Maidstone Crown Court for a plea and case management hearing on August 6.
A 30-year-old woman from Southborough, Kent, and a 23-year-old man from East Grinstead, West Sussex, who were both arrested on suspicion of attempted murder on Thursday night have been released without charge, police said.
