Despite being one of the biggest names in the world of sports entertainment, Hulk Hogan is a man of controversy as well. The Hulkster has been involved in several crises and controversies throughout his career, and there is still no stopping it.

Known for his talent of exaggerating incidents when narrating, Hogan’s recent lie about an incident from 31 years ago was caught red-handed on camera.

What major lie of Hulk Hogan was recently caught red-handed on camera?

Hulk Hogan recently made his appearance on the Joe Rogan podcast and would open up on a variety of incidents, and issues on the podcast. However, during one such moment, Hogan would speak about helping and granting the wish of a ‘make-a-wish’ child during the 1992 SummerSlam event at Wembley in London.

However, while Hogan claimed in doing so, wrestling veteran Jim Cornette would immediately catch the lie, and reprimand Hogan for it. On his latest podcast episode, Cornette would bring up this issue, and state, “There’s been only one WWE event in all of history in Wembley stadium. Right? And he wasn’t on it.”

Hogan would also claim on Rogan’s podcast about seeing ‘Make-a-wish’ kids with Michael Jackson. However, Cornette would shut that up as well. He stated, “Me, Michael Jackson and Mr.T saw all the make-a-wish kids during the 80s and 90s. I’m not saying Hogan’s never seen a make-a-wish kid, I don’t recall Michael Jackson being involved with the program.”

Cornette’s podcast co-host, Brian would also catch the lie, and claim that if, Hogan and Jackson had been involved in such a thing during the 1980s, and ’90s, there was bound to exist a picture of that. However, Hogan’s most visible lie on the podcast would be helping a sick child during his ‘so called’ appearance at Wembley in 1992.

However, during the SummerSlam event in London in 1992, Hogan would not even be on the match card, and this vital fact helped Jim Cornette verify The Hulkster’s blatant on-camera lie.

The details of Hogan’s latest fable

Recently, Hulk Hogan made his appearance on Joe Rogan’s podcast. However, despite speaking about a wide variety of topics, one major lie of Hogan would catch everyone’s eye. He would state about helping a sick child during his 1992 match at Wembley.

Hogan said, “I had a kid there that was in rough shape. The EMTs were with him and he was on the stretcher. You know and his body odor and stuff had a smell to it that I hadn’t smelled in a while. It was not bad, it was just a different type of smell. And I really wasn’t sure what it was, and the parents were freaking out.”

He further stated, “I go by and I hug and kiss him. And so I get a nice place for him at the ringside at the Wembley Stadium, that’s all roped up. So, I went to wrestle and I kept looking, I kept looking and the kid wasn’t there.”

Whereas in fact, the 1992 SummerSlam event in Wembley saw the match card missing the star power of Hogan. This major fact verified all of Jim Cornette’s above claims of Hulk Hogan lying about his ‘make-a-wish’ campaign.
