Before joining the pro wrestling industry, Jade Cargill was a university student. Despite being academically active, Cargill never neglected her physical health. Since she was a sportsperson, even at a collegiate level, Cargill had a knack for training her body since always. Her workout routine is now probably different from how it started off. However, she still hasn’t stopped elevating the level of her training.
In a recent interview, Cargill opened up about her physical health and more personal details of her life. But for now, we shall stick to the workout routine that the new WWE signee follows, highlighting how she maintains her ripped physique.
Jade Cargill’s workout plan
As we mentioned before, having a keen interest in sports always kept Cargill’s physique in check. However, to add to her credibility in fitness tips, she used to train with the likes of Heath Miller, Dustin Rhodes, and QT Marshall before reaching AEW. Even after Tony Khan paired her up with Bryan Danielson, who is known to be a strict mentor. So, now she follows an intense workout routine to keep herself fit.
In an interview with Muscle and Fitness, Cargill discussed her workout routine. She essentially focuses on her abs, glutes, and legs to stay in her desired shape.
Ab Workout (Complete 2 rounds): 50 Crunches, 50 Side Crunches, 50 Bicycle Crunches, 65 Russian Twists, 1 Minute Plank (x2). 1 Minute Mountain Climbers, 10 Burpees
Glute Workout: 50 Squats, 30 Leg Outs, 15 Lunges (each side), 25 Ground Donkey Kicks (each side), 25 Fire Hydrants (each side), 20 Jump Squats, 1 minute Pulse Squat, 25 Glute Bridges (2 sets)

Although she has not yet made her in-ring debut at WWE, Cargill may get to show off her strength and training at a high-profile match soon.
Who would Jade Cargill be booked up against first?
After she signed with WWE, Cargill made sure to announce her arrival in the promotion. So, merely one day after her contract was dealt with, the former AEW star appeared on a podcast and called out some of the most powerful women in the promotion.
She had several ‘high-profile’ names on her list of a ‘dream match’ in WWE. One of those names also included Rhea Ripley. However, soon after calling out the top female stars, Cargill also mentioned that she wanted to dominate the whole women’s division of the company.
After going through her workout routine, do you think her dream to dominate will come true?
